Woodland High School is celebrating a major milestone as senior standout Isaiah Barnes officially commits to continue his football career at Brevard College.
Barnes has been a cornerstone of the Woodland High School football program, known for his leadership, discipline, and consistency on and off the field. Throughout his time at Woodland, Barnes served in a vital role bringing energy to the team, supporting younger players, and setting the tone during practices and Friday night games. Coaches and teammates alike describe him as someone who could be counted on, no matter the situation.
His departure will be felt deeply across the program, but the entire Wolverine family is proud to see him take this next step. While he will be greatly missed, his impact will continue to shape the team for years to come. As Barnes begins his journey at Brevard College, the Wolverines wish him nothing but success in both academics and athletics. His future is bright, and his legacy at Woodland is firmly secured.
