On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, the Wolverine Battalion hosted its annual Veterans Day Program to honor the brave men and women who have served our nation. The event was a heartfelt tribute filled with pride, gratitude, and respect for those who have worn the uniform of the United States Armed Forces.
This year’s ceremony was joined by distinguished guests including Dorchester County Sheriff Sam Richardson and Councilman Smith, both showing strong support for our veterans and community. Multiple veterans representing various branches of the military were honored throughout the program.
To further show appreciation, Woodland High School provided a special Veterans Breakfast and Lunch where our honored guests shared stories, memories, and camaraderie with cadets and staff.
The Wolverine Battalion is proud to continue this tradition each year, reminding us all that freedom is not free as it is preserved by the courage and sacrifice of our veterans.
