Yesterday, our Assistant Principals took part in a district-wide school swap as part of Dorchester School District Four’s Assistant Principal Development Program. Each AP spent the day at a different school, gaining valuable insight into new environments, leadership styles, and age groups. The group came together for lunch at the District Office to reflect, share experiences, and discuss lessons learned, turning a single day into a powerful opportunity for growth and collaboration.
